Our car insurance premiums increased by over $100 per month for just two vehicles with no clear explanation. When we canceled our policy a year later, we were told everything was taken care of—only to be hit with a $1,700 charge for a renewed homeowners insurance policy we never agreed to. Overall, the service has been frustrating and unreliable. I would not recommend this agency."
